In March 2003, Lowry Park Zoo is celebrating its 15th anniversary as one of the greatest Zoo's in North America! First opened in the late 1930's it has every thing that kids and adults alike will enjoy. Just some of the attractions include an 11-acre African exhibit, a 4.5-acre Australian-themed family zoo, Petting Zoo as well as the new feeding stringrays at the touch pool.
